Origami is beautiful timeless art. This art has been passed generation to generation in Japan. The name of this art “Origami” is derived from two Japanese words. ‘Ori’ means folded and the word ‘Kami’ means paper.

You might have seen paper cranes many times but might not know that paper cranes are the most popularly known origami animal and they are also a part of Japanese legend that says, if a person folds 1,000 paper cranes he/she is granted a wish.

This video shows Dave Hax preparing an origami star with a three dimensional paper. He has used origami techniques to prepare it, however he hasn’t used the exact traditional origami method. You will love to see him transforming a wrapping paper into an amazing thing.
