Mark Dommen is a chef-partner at San Francisco’s One Market Restaurant. And in this video, he teaches us the tricks on carving a turkey the right way. He advises his viewers against all the wrong turkey carving approaches. You never know, you could be carving your bird the wrong way too! Keep your ears open to find out!

According to Mark, you should not use a dull knife while carving, and you should never carve at the dining table (as much as would like to). You absolutely should not hack at the turkey haphazardly. It is really simple and it seems like it’s not a very wasteful method either.
